I have been coming to the Birmingham Grosvenor Casino since it opened which is now well over 10 years. The staff have always been fantastic and last night my wife and I went for a meal in the restaurant as a last minute idea due our normal Michelin stared restaurants being booked due to being a last minute arrangement. All we can say is thank you. The food was out of this world and even with desert and drinks we website spent 1/3rd of what we would have and enjoyed the food just as much, if not better!
Nobody came in the end and I was told while checking out that they were sorry and have flagged my account incase I ever stay again. Overall nice hotel but for the price you’d expect a higher standard
